Kevin, just wanted to let you know that your company has risen to the occasion for us over the last 3 months in particular, and on an emergency basis, e.g. when we have frozen or plugged sewer lines. Our Sincere Appreciation
Just wanted to thank your staff (Chris and Kevin B.) for their prompt attention to our service request last night when our pump stopped working.

Chris found it to be the pressure switch (again) and replaced it as it had originally been replaced on May 27, 2014 and then serviced again on Dec. 3, 2014.

Under normal circumstances, we would have been able to wait for service until this morning but as I explained to Kevin B. who answered the original call, my husband was just recently released from the hospital after having open heart surgery and we could not go without having water overnight.

Again, our sincere appreciation to all in restoring our water so promptly.

Promptly Callback & Same-Day Appointment
I just want to say thank you to Kevin and Ken for coming out late last evening to look at our pump. You were the only company on a long list that I called that:

1. Did not have voicemail—you had an actual live voice on the other end of phone (Penny was great).
2. Returned my call promptly for availability.
3. Actually were able to come out on the day I called (I felt it was urgent—no pump and no water).

Kevin called me well ahead of time to give me a guestimate of arrival time. Ken and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and confident.

At the time of this email, I am not sure if the problem is fixed (I am just happy someone came out), but I just want to let you know that your company will be our go-to plumbing company.

Impressive Professionalism & Problem Solving
Good evening Kevin,

We are always the first to complain when we don’t get proper service, but the last to let someone know when their job has gone beyond the call of duty. Tracy and I wanted to send along a big THANK YOU to your company as the result of our recent experience with Josh McNab and Darren Campbell. These two technicians showed up at our door on a Thursday night at 6:45 PM and promptly assisted us with the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. They got to the heart of the issue, initiated a fix, and then stress tested the fix to make sure that the problem was solved. The testing revealed that there was a secondary issue which was not initially detected. The secondary issue (a 5 foot hairline crack) was also taken care of in the same service call without the bat of an eyelash. I am grateful for your service and the peace of mind that came from knowing that there was someone who could solve our issues in a time of need.

Very Kind and Helpful
Hi, I just want to thank you for your prompt service to assist my elderly mother on Saturday May 20. Even though it was a holiday weekend you were able to help her with her backed up toilets. My husband and I attempted to help her to no avail, out of our capabilities. I had called numerous other local plumbing agencies who were not able to help her being the Saturday. I then googled emergency plumbing assistance and up popped The Plumbing Medic so I called the Peterborough number 705-748-0444 and they were able to send a young man out around supper time to help her. He showed up and my Mom said he was very kind and helpful AND managed to fix her plumbing issues. She sent him off with a bag of homemade cookies and he called her back later to check on her and thanked her again for the cookies. She loved that! So, Thank you very much
